This ADU, meticulously crafted by Natasha Jansz Design in collaboration with architect Mark Nichols of MNichols Design and General Contractor SoCal Canyon Builders, redefines compact living with style and sophistication.

Sierra Madre Renovation

A dramatic craftsman kitchen was created for this historic home in the hills.  High end appliances are nestled in custom light green cabinetry with tongue and groove wooden backsplash and dramatic black countertops.  Open shelving and glass fronted cabinets were customized around the featured stove hood vent. The main bathroom includes custom wood vanities and medicine cabinetry, with brass fixtures throughout. The green shower tile in the double shower with custom niches, shower bench and fan pattern marble floor tile complete the dramatic shower for two. The primary bedroom was outfitted with a copper soaking tub on herringbone pattern tile to create a one of a kind oasis overlooking a verdant vista.  The study was transformed into a cozy fairytale-esque space with dark grey walls and gold ceilings. The main sitting room library wall was painted a deep green in order to highlight the historic tile mantle and antique furniture and art-piece chandelier. 

Hancock Lofts

Renovation of all common areas and 26 homes in West Hollywood's most prominent residential community, Hancock Lofts.  Created a life-size Zen garden replete with rake, stone and succulents.  Renovated the pool deck to incorporate art from a local graffiti artist and bring pops of color to the lounge, bathrooms and seating areas. 
Installed floating cabinetry in bathrooms and custom flat panel cabinets in the kitchens with Bertazzoni appliance packages. Resurfaced and resealed the polished concrete floors and created slate stone flooring in the bathrooms leading to bright white bathtub and shower spaces. 

Winnetka HGTV Project

Remodel of entire kitchen for HGTV's House Hunters Renovation and open up an unused office to expand into a great living room with a 30' custom storage bench with multiple reading nooks. 

A corner fireplace of white painted brick with custom wraparound reclaimed wood  mantle creates the perfect focal point in the large living room with built in bench and cabinetry.  The shaker cabinets with white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances and designer sconces round out this L shaped kitchen. 

Agoura Hills HGTV Project

A modern farmhouse kitchen with industrial touches such as custom open shelving, bar top, glass fronted cabinets, steel farmhouse sink, designer feature tile backsplashes and white on white shaker cabinets and countertops.  A chalkboard wall and stunning pendant lights add a touch of drama to the open floorplan kitchen. The fireplace renovation with slate stone hearth and reclaimed wood mantle anchor the refreshed dining room. 

California Club Room Renovation

A recently updated hotel room with a green palette and dramatic green wallpaper invite guests to relax on custom carpet and enjoy the curated artwork from a Frame TV. Designer touches for lighting at the bedside and ceiling further illuminate this bright and airy retreat.
