Hancock Lofts

Renovation of all common areas and 26 homes in West Hollywood's most prominent residential community, Hancock Lofts. Created a life-size Zen garden replete with rake, stone and succulents. Renovated the pool deck to incorporate art from a local graffiti artist and bring pops of color to the lounge, bathrooms and seating areas.

Installed floating cabinetry in bathrooms and custom flat panel cabinets in the kitchens with Bertazzoni appliance packages. Resurfaced and resealed the polished concrete floors and created slate stone flooring in the bathrooms leading to bright white bathtub and shower spaces.
